Corey C has a record breaking race in Italy tonight. In running 8.00.01 in the 3000m he set's an U20 Scottish outdoor record( subject to ratification) Also well inside the 8.05 qualifying standard being asked by UKA for the World U20's Championships in Peru later in the year.

@JoeAratari Great stuff - I start this with a broom handle that can be used to aid balance by touching the floor, and eventually progress to having the broom handle held over the head.

First day of school: No recess... No gym class... 7 hours of no movement... That feels like a lifetime for a kid... Most adults would go out of their minds... Yet I read tweets about my program: "These kids shouldn't be training." "These kids should be outside playing." "You're just a psycho dad trying to get your kid a scholarship." "You're ripping these parents off, I used to do this stuff in my backyard when I was a kid." No... I do it because they're not getting it anywhere else. Not at school, not at home and not in youth sports. THEY ARE NOT GETTING THE OPPORTUNITY TO LEARN HOW TO MOVE!!! And good movement is a prerequisite for not only success in sports but also living a long, healthy life. #getmoving #LTAD
