Because this is all our land historically, all the varieties of culture there are also ours. Ports have nothing to do with it at all. Russia took back the territories, since at the dissolution of the USSR it was assumed that all republics would become sovereign states. And all internal interests will be respected. In conditions when Ukraine solves the problems of Western countries for money, it is not sovereign - this is impossible. So everything goes back. And real Ukrainians with swastikas go to live in Lviv.
