I found a hair in my food and I want to issue a refund. This is unexpectable and ruined my appetite for both subways and I am very displeased especially as someone who has a uber one subscription. Complained last night and nothing happened and went to sleep hungry. @Uber_Support

@Uber_Support i’m in a ride at the moment (not a shared ride) and my driver has another passenger in the front seat (have proof). I know the uber community guidelines doesn’t allow drivers to have other passengers. I hope I can get some compensation for this unsafe experience.
