@WEMOcares Oh, just following up. How did your "team" handle my feedback? I'm sure they were devastated and now will support the 19+ #wemo devices I've loved for years even though they constantly didn't work well with @google home. Please everyone never buy @belkin@BelkinCares products!

@belkin doesn't care. Please don't support this company. They made the "difficult decision" to brick millions of working @wemo devices. This demonstrates how much @BelkinCares . #BeReadyForToday because you're screwed tomorrow.
@WEMOcares I wish you just wouldn't have replied. How much do you really care that this "change may disrupt your routines"? Many people have fully invested in #wemo. Every light switch and plug now goes to the landfill and I'm left to replace them all. Shame on @belkin and @BelkinCares.

It makes zero sense that @belkin/@WEMO is bricking millions of devices, some of which were still being sold just two years ago, just because they decided to shut focus on something else.
Weโre talking about fully functional hardware now headed straight to landfills.
