I have already passed a lot of this onto octo on a call. He’s done a great job so far I just hope he’s allowed some time and freedom to go further.

Can’t be arsed drawing pics etc but a few other thoughts on the incentive campaign. 1) Role play as a new punter in your head. I land on incentive campaign. First question. “What the fk is radix?” There’s literally no one or two liner whammy tagline explaining why radix is unique or whatever, nada. 2) You want punters to be sticky and not just be here for free beans, you want them to be active community members instead of just a leach. Lead them into the story (FAST). If they have no story given they have no story to tell… 3) if you don’t “clue them up” get them excited about something unique, something more than a fking airdrop (which is not unique) they have less information to pass on, post about. 4) we spunked a tonne on the purple otter PowerPoint. I fking hate it but it serves a purpose. Why is their no card on the incentive dapp landing page for radquest? Why not use that simple tool as a handholding tool option for some noobs? 5) it’s just so fking boring at present. Without doing something daring/drastic or exciting the airdrop campaign will just end up being dilution. I get there’s limited resources at present and dans passing is still relatively recent but fk me. We need a course correct in every sense. We need vision, we need brave unique excitement generating ideas (not just talking incentives campaign but EVERYTHING). Not Twitter ads and uninspired copycat airdrop campaigns. Be fking bolder. Phew, I feel better getting that off my chest (I don’t)

A person that I deeply respect has passed away. His personality and character was truly one of a kind. A brilliant mind with a down-to-earth attitude to build mind blowing technology without compromising on his core principles. I invested and joined Radix because of Dan. I was inspired by his vision, a dream of future enabled by cryptography and cypherpunk ethos. Today is a sad day. I am beyond words. My love goes out to his family and his close ones.
