@oykun Most of the things on x - are creative exploration - that looks suuuuper cool, but at the end of the day, isnt passing through PMs, Strategy, or existing brand design systems. Most legit shipped design is much more boring.

@oykun Yes, it’s different, but showing research feels boring to most people. Nobody wants to see a simple design just because it gets more leads. People mainly care about seeing visually impressive designs.

@oykun Well most of the designers at the top design mature companies share their design on X, I'm sure that's what's celebrated the most

I've tried hiring designers on X, the way they reply and their starting rates don't really match. Not to say that 90% of them dropped their rates by 50% or more when I've said that we're not interested as their rate is too high for us. At the end we hired designer through referral.
