@adriankuleszo what kind of clients do you get from socials? And with socials do you mean twitter or instagram and twitter ?

2.5 years into running DesignMe and the biggest source of work now is referrals and returning clients.
Inbound from socials accounts for roughly 40% of new business per quarter. The rest comes from existing network.
That takes time to build but once it's there it compounds. If you keep going it gets easier.

From where tf u getting the consistent work bro, every time I see your tweet u always talking about hiring and hiring. This means the client are there but most of us still couldn't figure out this. From the last few month's most of the mid level designer are struggling with zero to few few clients only. But there are only 2 or 3 designers who are really working continuously and I never see them sit still. I know it been very short time I'm here on X but I see that comparing to other platforms this one is the best so far, but still it getting harder and harder to get consistent work, on the other hand u and 2 or 3 designers are working non stop. I don't meant to be jealous or something but I definitely think it is not about showing your work or skills, it's something else. I am sure I'll figure out that sooner or later. God is with me and u and there is a way. And thanks for motivation me everyday with your life and work.

I don't know how I feel about branding.
Big firms like Anthropic take it so seriously and even their colour is so perfectly chosen.
But, come on, it's a lot easier to just choose a random colour and stick to it.
Early on, is it worth caring so much about design?

You don't need to impress other designers with your work. Designing what looks so complex is really not a flex.
