Apparently today is the day that a lot of people are learning that the law absolutely allows police officers (and, indeed, members of the public) to kick people in the head when faced with a potentially lethal threat such as a person actively stabbing people.

@realMaalouf No matter how evil the guy is there’s no excuse for that level of police brutality. He didn’t pose a threat from where he was and all they needed to do was get him to drop the knife and cuff him.

@Wisdom_HQ So, as a Brit explain as if I’m a 5 year. I order, say a pizza and and soda costing $30 I’m expected to leave a $12 tip. Then the next night I order a juicy steak and a nice glass of wine costing $100 I’m then expected to leave $40 tip. Why is it $28 more to serve a steak ?
