Starting to work on my entry for @levelsio #vibejam
As usual for my projects, I'm using @threejs and no 3d models, all of these are procedurally generated assets, with @jabali_ai IDE.
Next step: Ship combat!

Im wondering if having more plays will increase your chances of winning the #vibejam? I dont want to share my game early because im afraid others will repliate the concept, but I dont want to share it so late that it doesnt get any visibility and looked over by the judges. Will posting in the last few days hurt our chances @levelsio

Using @colyseus framework for the multiplayer server 🤼
so we can have PVP gun fights (still working on that)
colyseus handles a lot of the complex stuff like networking, state sync, etc
much better than rawdogging the multiplayer code
it's already syncing where players are looking, based on where their cursor is on the screen
makes players feel a lot more alive
first time using colyseus and i love it so far, highly recommend if you want to have PVP multiplayer
