More broadly, in both markets it was necessary to clearly specify that funds committed after the originally announced end time of the sale would be excluded from the final calculation.

In both cases, Polymarket should have formulated the market conditions with greater precision. In the Gensyn case, the resolution criteria needed to explicitly account for the possibility that participants could withdraw their commitments after the auction.

Am I the only one who feels that Polymarket traders are being regularly and quite openly exploited in prediction markets that estimate the total amount raised in token sales?
