@intocryptoverse The system is structured this way by design to keep the populace divided. The vast majority of seats are entrenched to one party so the real battles are primaries where you need to have the most extreme views to make a name for yourself.

This is the reason why I think a multi-year boom and bust scenario like '11 or 1980 is very unlikely for silver in 2026. Demand will remain high, and likely increase further as the USA scales its electricity grid. Solar is adding the equivalent of multiple new nuclear power plants to the grid every year, while a single new nuclear plant takes 10 to 20 years to complete. Trump will hate it, but solar is the only way. See zerohedge.com/markets/inside…

3. The "Hidden" Multiplier: Energy This is the real alpha. ChatGPT uses ~10x the power of a Google Search. Hyperscalers (Microsoft, Google) have "Net Zero" mandates. How do you power a gigawatt data center cleanly? Solar. Solar panels are the #1 industrial user of silver. More AI = More Power Demand = More Solar Farms = Massive Silver Deficit.

This is absolutely insane: Inflation in the US just unexpectedly posted one of the largest monthly declines since 2023. While a +10 basis point increase in inflation was expected, it actually FELL by -40 basis points. This puts Core CPI inflation in the US at its lowest level since March 2021. According to this data, inflation is now at its closest point to the Fed's 2% target since the pandemic. 2026 is going to be a wild year.

Brief message to the Hyperliquid community. Been reading a bunch of your messages documenting when specific engineers decide to sell. Would implore you to look at the net selling and buying pressure. Specific members are not dumping price who decide to take 7 figures off. In fact the unlocks documented (9M HYPE per month) are not even remotely close to the 1.7M being unlocked and most of it staked. So in summary these takes are moronic. Equally those thinking a protocol who printed $800M without incentives and has a 11 person team is going to zero are equally moronic. I continue to like Hyperliquid and think it remains one of the best exposures you can get here if you align with the view that perpetuals are going to dominate the world and DEX marketshare will continue to eat into CEX marketshare. Put some respect on Jeffs name. See you in the new year. Hyperliquid

Really nuts that we, US taxpayers, are paying for this stuff. The projects are technically written in English, but it’s not in English. No one can explain what these are. For those that reflexively hate DOGE, do you honestly think your quality of life or cost of living goes either up or down because of these projects?? Because they don’t. We should probably cancel them and keep cancelling other questionable spending until all that is left are the true projects that improve quality of life and decrease cost of living. Then we can take a bunch of the money we saved along the way and put more money into those core programs and see sustained improvements for Americans.
Department of Government Efficiency@DOGE

Contracts Update! Over the last 5 days, agencies terminated and descoped 43 wasteful contracts with a ceiling value of $3.5B and savings of $222M, including a $4.3M Dept. of Treasury IT contract to “develop a comprehensive strategic narrative and management approach aimed at the Human Centered Transformation and Enhanced Partnerships”, and a $29M Dept. of Commerce consulting contract for “providing the necessary staff to perform Program Management, providing planning, analysis, and support in managing projects”.

U.S. Treasuries are having their best year since 2020, and the investors who had confidence and faith in President Trump’s economic policies have been richly rewarded. Never bet against @POTUS or America! 🇺🇸

It's almost like we're talking about an asset class that needs a constant influx of new buyers to propel the price higher, and the minute new money stops flooding in, the price collapses... What's another name for that?
First Squawk@FirstSquawk

BITCOIN HAS WIPED OUT ITS YEARLY GAINS, DROPPING BELOW LAST YEAR’S CLOSE AS RISK APPETITE FADES AND TECH STOCKS COOL. HEAVY BUYERS LIKE ETF ALLOCATORS AND CORPORATE TREASURIES HAVE PULLED BACK, LEAVING THE MARKET WITHOUT THE SUPPORT THAT DROVE ITS EARLIER RALLY.

I don't recognise the language being spoken on my train anymore. Not a single conversation in English for 40 minutes. I look around and realise I'm the foreigner now. In my own country. On the train line I grew up on. And if I mention this, I'm the problem.
