want to explain this a little further as i’ve been getting some dms from people who just started following me and missed some of the setups I’ve shared or stuff like $aster what exactly is tilt? tilt is that emotional state where frustration and fomo take over your decisions you stop following your plan, start chasing plays, oversizing positions, and trying to make up for perceived lost time the psychology behind is this: loss aversion makes missing a move hurt more than winning feels good social comparison makes you want to keep up with others even when it means bad risk decisions recency bias during a loss streak tricks you into thinking the recent past defines the future, so you either panic and stop taking valid setups or overtrade trying to fix things immediately the irony is that if you’re in a flow state right now, i.e. calm, disciplined and trading your edge, these same mistakes from others might fuel your next wins so here’s my advice: if you just got here and missed some setups, don’t try to catch up by increasing risk that’s how people blow up step back, learn, reset, and wait for high-quality opportunities AFTER you cleared your mind if you scroll down my feed I was in that exactly emotional state just a few weeks ago and reflecting this was the gamechanger tilt is a hell of a drug control it, or it will control you
