I'm very proud to announce that I secured 1st position in Operating Systems Exploitation at @IgniteNTF and @MoitOfficial Cyber Hackathon CTF Competition held in UET Auditorium, Lahore. This qualifies me for the finals which will be held in Islamabad.

@adamtlangley Almost done with the "Introduction to Web Hacking" part and I wanted to point out how well made it is. Clearly structured, good explanatory graphics and fun and engaging hands on labs. You and the others who worked on it, did an amazing job imo.

@Troll_13 It depends on where you look. From my experience certain countries in Central Europe are still very stubborn with expecting a Bachelors or Master Degree of some sort, even if those are not even available to pursue in that country.

Two years ago I made the decision to change my job completely and quit my job as an educator to make my hobby my profession.
Then, last week, I was informed that my employment contract in my first InfoSec job would not be renewed due to budget cuts.
I am not done yet.

I'd rather be without work for a small period of time than without motivation. Don't let setbacks like these get you down.

My motivation and passion for hacking and InfoSec have not diminished ... on the contrary. I will use the time to finish my bachelor and learn as much as I can in my free time. Additionally I will use my saved money to get certificates at the same time.
