No it’s not, if you listened to the podcast you’d see that there was consensus that it’s different.
If you use ChatGPT enough you can tell that it acts totally different in Code Interpreter. One of the first things I noticed was it’s desire to explain what it’s about to do and then ask me if that sounds right. Normal GPT-4 make an assumption and just goes head first with it, this doesn’t.

I took GPT4 for a walk today🐕🦺
@bing (GPT4) and its new voice prompting feature is special and I was surprised at my enjoyment of the change of workflow.
I can already feel that this has led to new emerging ways I will use GPT4 and even ideas for platforms I can see AI devs building in the future.
A cool by-product of the system is that you don't need to worry about prompt engineering, as it does a really good job of re-wording my voice prompt with a text prompt for GPT4.
I can see professionals using it for Verbal dumping of:
a/ idea
b/ lists
c/ reminders
d/ tasks
e/ notes

I literally see hundreds of Tweets this morning saying things like "Thanks Tucker" or "Go Tucker". Let me be clear about one thing.
Tucker Carlson is an entertainer. He is an entertainer who stoops down to levels of bigotry. He is a liar who would tell people what they wanted to hear, just to get viewers and better ratings.
His expertise on Fox News was kissing up to his audiences' confirmation biases and then spinning the narrative and propagating lies and conspiracy theories to entertain those biases.
