my very first hackathon after being introduced to SuperteamSG by @hypetris_ and convinced by @Kimmi_Unni that it was probably one of the best places to build AND WE WON FIRST!! 🥇 there is no second best it was honestly a humbling experience, especially coming right out of my role as CMO of @Scallop_io. going straight back into building, turning a raw idea into something real, was a lot more daunting than i expected. luckily, i met great teammates during the hackathon who relentlessly built @Clustlydotai with me. i guess my background in Computer Science, specialised in AI, did help me quickly get back into approaching problems technically and building out a team that could actually ship met a lot of amazing folks during this hackathon. some of the most interesting guys i met were the team from @KurtosisLabs , @leptokurtic_kai, who had insane drive and passion to build. lowkey inspired us to push even harder. excited for the journey ahead, and huge shoutout to @Kimmi_Unni @burger606 @imhihi23 for the nonstop guidance, support, and opportunities along the way we are already official partners of pay.sh for @solana agent-to-human micro-payments & tipping bullish on us, @Clustlydotai 🥇 , getting back to building let’s re-imagine a world where agents and humans work together

The highest-value human work in the AI era will be in domains with sparse reward signals. Internalize this, or watch your value erode over the next decade. Math, programming, rote memorization, data science, all fucked. The classic “smart nerd” jobs are exactly where AI is strongest, because the feedback loops are dense. You can check the answer. You can run the test. That means AI can improve quickly, and humans will rapidly fall behind. Your advantage as a human is in messy domains. Taste. Judgment. Negotiation. Risk-taking. Politics. Sales. Science at the frontier. Anything you can only really learn by doing. Cross-disciplinary stuff. The valuable domains will be the ones guarded by secrets, tacit knowledge, weak labels, long feedback cycles, and ambiguous outcomes. Places where the training data is scarce, the ground truth is disputed, and it's impossible to explain why something is good. AI will still enter these domains. But we will be slower to trust it unsupervised there, because it will be harder to tell when it is right, harder to prove when it is wrong, and difficult to construct secure sandboxes. The stakes will be too high to YOLO it. I find myself saying this over and over again to young people today: the future does not belong to people who are able to get good grades on tests. It belongs to people who can operate under uncertainty, in domains where correctness is hard to define. Those domains will become the thin waist of the economy: as productivity everywhere else accelerates, the humans who excel there will become our economic Strait of Hormuz. The best humans in these domains will demand an enormous cut of the growing economic pie. Your imperative going forward is to make sure you're one of these people. (Or become an electrician. That probably works too.)

Today is my last day at @cryptomindgroup. It has been a long journey since 2021. I joined the team when it was still very small, during the early days when we were building from a tiny office. From those moments to where we are today, I had the opportunity to support and help build the ecosystem across GTM, marketing, and partnerships, working with clients to expand into the Thai and APAC crypto markets. Cryptomind is where my crypto career truly began. Together, we supported and contributed to the industry across blockchain infrastructure, DeFi, exchanges, NFTs, and gaming, helping projects establish their presence in the Thai and APAC crypto ecosystem. Here are the recurring launch patterns that nuked most of them ↓ 1️⃣ High FDV, low float: You’re pricing perfection on day one, then pretending unlocks won’t matter. They always do. 2️⃣ 100% unlocked airdrops: If you airdrop to mercenaries, you get mercenary behavior: instant sell pressure, no sticky base. 3️⃣ TGE before mainnet / real utility: Token trades before the product exists → price discovers “nothingness” fast. 4️⃣ Tokenomics without PMF: Overengineered emissions, staking theater, “utility” that doesn’t create forced demand. 5️⃣ Front-loaded unlock schedules: Cliffs and chunky insider unlocks reprice the entire curve downward. Markets anticipate supply. 6️⃣ Insider advantage at launch: Snipes, preferential fills, liquidity yanks, opaque market-making. Even one incident kills the brand. 7️⃣ CEX listing as the strategy: Listings aren’t catalysts anymore. Without organic bids, most charts go underwater post-listing. 8️⃣ Incentives that rent volume/usage: InfoFi points, quests, and subsidies spike usage for a week, then evaporate. Retention was never there. 9️⃣ Saturation and attention collapse: There are too many tokens competing for the same capital and mindshare. Distribution is now the moat. The meta-problem here is that teams just optimize for a “good TGE print,” not a sustainable market.

Sui is the water chain with all the traits of water: strong, flexible, unpredictable so manage your bag carefully 🌊 As a water-type guy who can only live in Sui, this period is tough, so I stacked more Egg while $Sui is cheap.
