feeling deeply grateful for the time @dhruvgera_ and i spent at the @Hadronfc payments and rwa cohort back in november in dubai 🇦🇪 coming in as fintech founders, we honestly did not know what to expect. we left with clarity, confidence, and a much stronger belief in what we are building one month of building every single day alongside some amazing teams like @dopepayme , @Unigox_global , @0xspiralstake , @diamore_diamond , @suno_finance , @AtharFinance , and a few others. (sorry if i missed anyone 🙏) everyone was working on hard problems in payments and rwa's, and that shared struggle created real bonds huge thanks to the mentors who took out time and shared real, honest lessons from their journeys >@sandeepnailwal >@midenmonk >@0xAishwary >@alenka_on_x thanks to @chainyoda and @web3douin, we got exposure to the banking and fintech ecosystem in the uae. we had long conversations around compliance across jurisdictions and what it truly takes to build regulated products the right way the hadron office became more than just a workspace, it became a place for conversations, curiosity, and learning we met founders and teams building across the @ethereum ecosystem, the @Hyperliquidae community, and beyond, so many spontaneous discussions that shifted how we think we also met some of the smartest industry friends like @yourstrulyvish and had great conversations around payments. this was just one of many thoughtful discussions that happened naturally inside the hadron office. we were lucky to get guidance and advice from founders like: >@ashlan_ahmed founder @getaxal >@ostwalak founder @0xepochprotocol >@spicy_aff founder @wasabi_protocol >jpaul founder @votre_inc >@proofofmud founder @archntwrk >@francescpicc founder @almanaxai what hadron gave us goes far beyond capital: >a strong and supportive network >practical and honest knowledge >access to great angels >and a founder community that genuinely wants you to win special thanks to @ArpitGuptaji19 for keeping the support alive even after the cohort ended every time we reach out as hadron founders, whether for warm intros, deck reviews, or advice, the support is always there. truly grateful. (man's the og) since then, dashx has grown steadily in volumes and users, with one thing always at the center, compliance excited to keep building, learning, and growing alongside hadron very grateful for this chapter 🚀

Just wrapped the @EFetheverywhere launch in Dubai and officially welcomed the Ethereum Foundation into our home at the @0xPolygon x @Hadronfc Dubai Campus. A surreal moment for the ecosystem, and a proud one for us. Huge shoutout to our host @WEB3douin , and to our panel @barinov, @patcito, @asal_alizade, @Web3Ling for a sharp, grounded conversation that set the tone for what’s ahead. Massive love to @ethereumfndn for choosing to build here and trusting this region. And a special mention to @chainyoda and @0xAishwary , the ones who keep the momentum alive and make moments like this possible. Truly the GOATs. Dubai showed up today. Ethereum has a new chapter here and we’re just getting started!

I want to help 100 founders raise their rounds before the end of the year. We just unlocked a version of @boardyai that we didn’t think was possible. Boardy raised his own $8M seed round earlier this year. Since then, he's introduced thousands of founders to investors who have raised millions. We’ve been testing an overpowered version internally, and the results have been wild - founders are meeting stronger investors and closing rounds in weeks instead of months. He’s not ready for public release yet (the token costs are insane), but it’s time to start introducing him to the world. I’m personally working with 100 founders who are actively raising to help them close before the end of the year. You’ll work directly with me and the Boardy team and get early access before this version rolls out next year. Comment “Boardy” below, and I’ll message you the link to apply. If you know someone who’s raising, tag them below.

@sssionggg I guess it works when you are just starting, but when you already have audience - no matter what is your PMF, you shill and pump.

@0xNairolf Building real yield for real people is the key now. Is it the adoption we dreamed of since 2016?

Adoption of Tokenization so far: S Tier: Money Market Fund - BUIDL by @Securitize and @BlackRock - BENJI by @FTI_US - WTGXX by @WisdomTreePrime - USTBL/EUTBL by @Spiko_finance A Tier: Commodities - PAXG by @Paxos - XAUT by @tether B Tier: Stocks/Private Equity - @RobinhoodApp on Arbitrum - @xStocksFi on Solana - @OndoFinance on Ethereum C Tier: Private Credit (Default risk is still very high due to adverse selection) - @goldfinch_fi - @centrifug Tokenized Money Market Funds mark a major milestone for tokenization, offering low-risk yields to on-chain entities during a high-interest-rate environment. In the next phase, I expect to see more adoptions and DeFi integrations of these RWAs, as well as the continued growth of Tokenized Stocks and Private equities in 2026. - @Aave Horizon market has been paving the way for RWA DeFi integrations. We are seeing appetite for looping high-yield RWAs like @SuperstateInc's USCC, but not so much on the traditional MMFs as they have a lower yield. Would be cool to see more types of RWAs integrate with the Horizon Market to enable more strategies. - xStocks has also been showing early promises of the potential possibilities of stocks integration in DeFi with @kamino and @Raydium - I am particularly excited about the launch of Hood Chain (Could be biased), if they can migrate the existing trading infrastructure to Hood Chain, it could unlock the full potential of Tokenization as the future of finance

@pixelprayer Depending on you pronounciation and accent, sometimes it's easier to say "twitter" than "x". Oh, and my favourite one: have you tried to find your password from x.com on you saved passwords list? That's ridiculous, starting from bingx

I've read 8,000 Y Combinator applications. You would think the reviewers are thinking through a standard set of questions. Is it a good idea? Is it a large market? Is it an experienced team? Do they have traction? During my time as a reviewer, we went back and tested which questions actually predicted success. The process was look at the best performing companies and then ask whether the application question would disqualify any of the biggest outcomes. If so, eliminate that question. Is it a good idea? Well, Airbnb was a bad idea. Air bed and breakfast. Nobody thought it would work. Is it a large market? Airbnb, Coinbase, Microsoft, Apple, Nvidia all started in tiny markets. Experienced team? John and Patrick Collison had no experience in fintech when they built Stripe. Brian Chesky had never built a company. Brian Armstrong was just a product manager. Do they have traction? We learned to invest in slope, not Y intercept. The initial traction doesn't tell you anything about the angle of ascent. Sooooooooooooo...none of these standard questions worked. The best question that predicted success was determination. Who is the most determined? Even if they're not the smartest. Even if the market hasn't developed yet. Even if their initial product is wrong. It outpeformed by a mile. And didn't disqualify the winners. AND was evaluatable. It was so predictive that YC took that one question and found five different ways to ask it.

@lyronctk Accurate. Though I'd add a fourth moat: ecosystem support quality. We moved from @ethereum@0xPolygon. Yes, switching costs hurt. But Polygon's team actively helps us grow. ETH's liquidity moat means nothing if you can't get a response from the foundation.

As someone on the ground trying to take marketshare from incumbents, I can confidently say that L1s have moats: - Switching costs. Ask any founder of a growing app to switch chains today, and they'd say it would stunt growth for an entire quarter. Redeploying contracts is <5% of the work. Porting over state, moving cards and on-/off-ramps, and juggling the transition on the front-end is easily a 3mo job if they literally didn't plan for a chain switch pre-launch. - Brand. Be honest about the difference in aura of "we're built on @solana vs "we're built on @0xPolygon". Has real consequences for an app's ability to fundraise, hire, and partner. - Network effects. Liquidity and users don't contribute to this at all. But network effects at the social layer are ridiculously strong. Founders in the same ecosystem go to bat for each other. Using @solana as an example again, I wouldn't be surprised if every single startup in that ecosystem banked with @altitude by Q4 2026.
