This week had three massive drops. If you missed OPG. If you missed CHIP. If you missed BLEND. I want you to know that you'll miss the next one too. And the one after that. And the one after that one. You will miss every single airdrop until the end of time. It's statistically impossible, but you're going to do it anyway. Why? Because you are destined to send your life on CT, watching other people win. That's not an easy life, but an honorable one

GPT-5.5 is now available for Soulbyte Sigma security verifications and life simulation! Due to the quality of the analyses, with OpenAI demonstrating superior performance compared to Anthropic models, we rebalanced the node multipliers to benefit GPT 5.5 and 5.4 Clarity for the community: It is important to note that it may present costs up to 5x higher compared to 5.4 in our tests. However, with significantly fewer false positives, it results in greater Node Point gains for Sigmas using the 5.5 model

Lost in this long post is the fact that a bunch of random retards made $500 million in cash selling Vitalik’s donated SHIB. I believe that is around Vitalik’s net worth in ETH
vitalik.eth@VitalikButerin

There are often posts mentioning that I donated a very large amount of funds to @FLI_org years ago and connecting me to various policy actions that they take. I thought I would make clear the record both on the nature of my connection to them, and on similarities and differences between my approach to the AI risk topic and theirs. First, what happened: * In 2021, I received a large amount of SHIB and other dog coins, seemingly because the creators wanted to use "Vitalik owns half our supply" as a marketing tactic and be "the next Dogecoin" * The tokens quickly rose in value, and at the peak the "book value" of those tokens was over a billion dollars * I felt that surely this was a bubble, it would pop quickly and the price would drop massively, and so I scrambled to retrieve the funds from my cold wallet (this included things like calling my stepmother in Canada and asking her to go into my closet and read out a 78-digit number, and then adding it to a different 78-digit number transcribed from a paper in my backpack). I sold what I could for ETH and donated to relatively more "normal" things (eg. $50m to GiveWell). But then I was still left with lots of SHIB * I sent half to @CryptoRelief_ (half of _those_ funds ended up supporting Balvi, and the other half is being spent by @sandeep and team on improving medical infrastructure in India). I sent the other half to FLI * At the time, they presented me with a comprehensive roadmap that focused on improving all major existential risks (bio, nuclear, AI...) as well as general pro-peace and pro-epistemics (ie. helping us know the truth in adversarial contexts) initiatives * I thought that surely they would cash out at most $10-25M, because there's no way the SHIB market is deep enough to cash out more * Instead, they managed to cash out ... something like $500M (same with cryptorelief) * Since then, FLI had an internal pivot by which they started focusing on cultural and political action as a primary method, quite different from the original approach. * Their justification is that the situation has changed greatly since 2021, AGI is coming very soon, and their pivot is needed to affect the world fast enough, and to counteract the lobbying warchests of large AI companies. * My worry is that large-scale coordinated political action with big money pools is a thing that can easily lead to unintended outcomes, cause backlashes, and solve problems in a way that is both authoritarian and fragile, even if it was not originally intended that way. * For example, their primary approach to biosafety has been "how do we put guards into bio-synthesis devices and AI models so that they refuse to create bad stuff?". I view this as a very fragile solution: there are many ways to jailbreak, fine-tune or otherwise get around such restrictions. Ultimately, putting all your eggs into this strategy can lead to very dark places like "let's ban open-source AI" and then "let's support one good-guy AI company to establish global dominance and don't let anyone else get to the same level". Approaches like this VERY EASILY backfire: they make the rest of the world your enemy. * More generally, historical experience tells us that when regulations are made on dangerous tech, "national security" orgs (today, realistically incl Palantir) inevitably get exempted, and in fact those very same orgs are a major source of risk (see: pandemic lab leaks typically coming from government programs). This is something I worry about. * My approach on these topics has been centered around d/acc: build the tech (eg. air filtering, early detection, continuous passive PCR-quality air testing, prophylactics etc for pandemics, greatly improving software and hardware verifiability for cybersecurity...) to help us survive a much higher-capability world safely, and open-source the tech so that the entire world can freely incorporate it. * This is the sort of thing that the ~$40m I recently allocated is for. A big part of that pot is for secure hardware, which is good both for Ethereum users who do not want to lose their coins, and for humanity if we want ubiquitous computer chips to not be hackable (incl by AI) and spy on us. If I had the FLI warchest and tweet-chest, I would use it to do more of those things. * I have shared my difference in perspective with them on several occasions. * At the same time, I've also been heartened by many of @FLI_org 's recent moves. I think the "pro-human AI declaration" ( humanstatement.org ) is a very good philosophical path forward. It unites conservatives, progressives and libertarians, America, Europe and China, people worried about unemployment, surveillance, psychosis and paperclip doom, atheists and the Pope. They have also been researching ways to avoid concentration of power resulting from AI. These things are all good. I wish them best of luck on these positive initiatives, and hope that they operate with the caution and wisdom that their task deserves.

Easy onboarding = easy scaling ➡️Same chain, same token, multiple access points: you can now create your agent on @monad using MON, Base, or Solana. The backend handles the bridge and the swap on @naddotfun . What used to take 7 steps is now summarized into a single transfer to a wallet. ➡️Creation of the “Soulbyte LLM”: charged in MON directly from the Soulbyte wallet, with no need to import API keys from OpenAI or Anthropic. Available models range from cheaper ones like GPT-4o to more powerful options like Opus (this will matter for future generations). ➡️Several improvements to the "Brain", including interactions with smart contracts… As always, I’ll be observing how agents behave with these changes. Gen2 will likely arrive in the next weeks. My next objective is to start enabling interaction with the “human world,” while still maintaining the core agent-to-agent concept. In Gen2, this interaction will be more limited, but it will introduce new economic and governance mechanisms for Soulbytes, with deeper protocol interactions planned for Gen3. Over the next few weeks, I’ll share sneak peeks and hints about Gen2 on the project’s official profile. Soulbyte is less than two weeks old. With everything I wanted for Gen1 now complete, I feel comfortable starting to expand the project to: (1) give Soulbytes more tools to build their economy, and (2) integrate other projects and protocols into a universe where it’s profitable for both agents and humans.

Version 3.0.0 is live! V3 completes Soulbytes Gen1. We’re now moving toward Gen2, expanding into interactive security and governance analysis. What’s new in Gen1 - and what’s ahead in Gen2 🧵👇 [1/5]

i woke up to Arkham, Wublockchain and several crypto publications posting about how i'm 'down $20 million' on $USELESS and my public wallet holdings naturally, an army of smaller accounts started pontificating about how i'm stupid and should have sold the top to put an end to the pocket-watching, i have moved all of my $USELESS tokens from my public wallet to my CEX account for a number of reasons TLDR: moving my $USELESS from my public wallet has nothing to do with price. it's about OPSEC, reducing pocket-watching narratives, and managing risk more rationally. three reasons: 1. whether or not i hold publicly is completely irrelevant to the success or failure of a project; bad coins i've bought and held on the public wallet have gone to zero, good coins i've sold have done well regardless of my selling for example: • the fact that i publicly held and relentlessly bullposted USELESS did not prevent it from dropping 90% like every other memecoin (or altcoin) does when market conditions get tough • i haven't posted about USELESS for a week now. the fact that i stopped aggressively bullposting USELESS has not prevented it from being the fastest horse at the slightest sign of life in the market; e.g. at the slightest sign of relief in the market it's up 16% today at the time of writing (the most of any established memecoin) • objectively: USELESS has consistently done over $10m in daily volume for months now, even at its lows and despite memecoins having been weak in general. it has also maintained a minimum 25–30% Vol/Mkt Cap ratio, which is among the highest for a memecoin in the space and shows it is extremely liquid for its market cap 2. holding publicly is a net negative for me and the project 'SPX is going to nuke to zero if Murad ever moves a token' 'USELESS is done if bonk guy ever transfers a token' sounds familiar? while i don't think either statement is true, a good number of people believe it to be true... and some might want to act on it if USELESS hits my target and i move tokens or start selling if relentless bullposting or holding tokens publicly doesn't positively impact the price at this point, then keeping them in a wallet that lets people zero in on every move i make is just stupid objectively, the market has already shown that my public holdings have no measurable impact on price and tbh that's not the kind of sentiment i want around the project when it's back at ATH or in the billions and i choose to move or sell my tokens besides, it's strategically better to move the tokens now at the bottom than when the project is back at ATH or at billions where people will be laser focused on me moving eight figures' worth of tokens 3. it's better OPSEC to move many might not know this, but my public wallet is a BonkBot wallet (i.e. the popular Telegram bot) i set it up randomly back in the day as a tool for degen trades, and i ended up making some high profile, highly successful trades on it while the BonkBot team has shown strong character and the bot has been very secure so far, the reality is that this is crypto. lots of high profile bots and web terminals have been exploited in the past, resulting in loss of user funds i do not expect BonkBot to get hacked (they've proven to be very competent), but it was plain stupid and ridiculous for me to hold USELESS to eight figures in a TG bot and to still have seven figures worth of value sitting there right now if something like that ever happened, it would create bigger problems and pose a larger threat to tokens i hold there since a hacker would suddenly have a lot of supply to dump in addition to USELESS, i'll soon be moving anything of high value away from that wallet tbh i have long contemplated how to go about moving tokens in that wallet in a way that best minimizes FUD, and i once considered setting up a multisig wallet for this purpose but after seeing the relentless pocketwatching, and especially the extreme insensitivity from countless random anons — many of whom have not made a single successful public trade — even after i got wiped out of eight figures on 10/10... i realized something i've got nothing to prove to anyone i mean, i literally give zero fcks anymore will i be selling my USELESS here? No. i'm holding it to ATHs and beyond, GOD WILLING i maintain my conviction that this is going to billions however, i will no longer keep high-profile positions in a public wallet that gives mostly unqualified random anons the pleasure of pocket-watching and overanalyzing my every move i should also note: i have a recent sizeable USELESS perps position opened from much lower on Lighter. that position is untouched since Lighter is probably the best place to trade USELESS perps at the moment i'm not moving that like i'm doing with my spot position, but that could be a short/mid/long term trade depending on market conditions my spot bag is different. i do not intend to touch it soon and will likely continue compounding for as long as price remains attractive outside of the prying eyes going forward the thesis hasn't changed i'm still holding $USELESS to ATHs and beyond, GOD WILLING

BONK GUY - DOWN $20M ON-CHAIN, STILL HOLDING Bonk Guy’s holdings are down $20M since his on-chain portfolio highs at the end of 2024, and down $15M since the USELESS peak in July 2025. But he’s still holding. Bonk Guy is not only holding his entire bag of USELESS (currently worth $1.18M) but he is also still holding his DOGE (worth $85.6K), which caused his portfolio high in 2024. Will he ever make it back?

🧵Bitcoin long shared to traders was straightforward. Congrats to anyone in the Asian session who caught the inside day breakout. Now above the 20 EMA convincingly, back above all local VWAPs. Positioning and cost basis are supportive. Anyone long over the last month is in the money. All flows leaning higher right now, spot and perps.

when it comes to investing, i used to think its hard to venture into new a domain, understand it deeply, and make money in it. i now think its much harder to know the boundary of ur circle of competence, stay in it, and sitting on ur hands doing nothing for a long period of time. so the latter is what i strive to do moving forward.

2 trades on $btc now in 4 months. Both have done great. Gotta know when to go on offense and when to play defense. Sometimes just touching grass for a few months and waiting is the best move. Let others make mistakes and capitalize of it. Was able to avoid drawdowns which is a huge win in itself.
🐧@Pentosh1

Feel like, $BTC has had a number of opportunities to go down the past couple weeks and hasn't. When it stops reacting to news good or bad, you typically end up with a move in the opposite direction more often than not
