ADHD STACK (FULL) You don't have ADHD. You just have low GABA & dopamine levels in the brain with elevated glutamate (excitatory and toxic to the nerves). Here is the STACK to reverse this: -Magnesium Bisglycinate (100-300mg) -Blackseeds ("The cure for every disease except death") or 1 teaspoon of blackseed oil daily -Vitamin B6 -Vitamin B3 (lots of people say that niacin and/or niacinamide worked great against their ADHD anxiety) - 🚨 T3 (Thyroid hormones not only lower excess glutamate (excitatory) by increasing its conversion to GABA (relaxation molecule), but also enhances glutamate uptake.)- but be careful with this one - only add to stack if your symptoms are extremely severe and you have hypothyroidism. 🚨 -Taurine -Caffeine (200mg) -Saffron This stack will help to reverse ADHD by increasing GABA,Dopamine & balancing excessive glutamate and inflammation levels in the brain. If you want proof of studies - CHECK THREAD 👇

This post just deployed behavioral activation. It's the rare psychotherapy that matched antidepressants in a head-to-head trial for severe depression. Depression collapses anticipation. The brain's forward-looking circuits go dark. Dopamine fires when the brain predicts a reward is coming. The firing happens before the reward actually shows up. When those prediction circuits stop firing, tomorrow stops existing. Behavioral activation rebuilds that circuit one specific anticipation at a time. The therapist's job is getting the patient to schedule small, concretely-imaginable pleasures. Coffee tomorrow morning. A specific cat. A book already sitting on the shelf. Vague futures don't fire the circuits. "I'll feel better someday" does nothing. "The songs that will become my new favorites" does. Hal Hershfield's work at UCLA shows people who can vividly imagine their future selves act more protectively toward them in the present. The distance between you and future-you shortens. You start showing up for that person. Seven anchors in this post: unread books, unfinished anime, unpetted cats, the smell of rain, morning coffee, new favorite songs, and versions of yourself you haven't met. Each one specific enough to imagine. Each one a tiny dopamine prediction the brain can lock onto. Forty years of clinical research, compressed by a stranger on the timeline at 3am.

guys... please, stay alive for the books you haven't read, the anime you haven't finished, and the stray cats you haven't petted yet. stay alive for the smell of rain, your morning coffee, the songs that will become ur new favorites, and the versions of urself you haven't met yet

1/ Controversial take: hard work is more important than smart work. It's a myth that we only have a few hours of good creative work per day. Train yourself to grind long hours first. You will surprise yourself. The work naturally become higher quality, less distracted.
MATT GRAY@matt_gray_

You'll get more done in 4 hours of deep work than 7 days of distracted work. High - Quality Work = (Time Spent) x (Intensity of Focus) All you need is a Weekly Schedule System. Find my free template in the YouTube video below:

Your brain stopped releasing dopamine for your daily routine months ago. Dopamine neurons are surprise detectors. They fire when reality differs from what your brain predicted. The same commute, the same gym, the same apartment-to-office-to-couch loop. After enough repetitions the prediction error goes to zero. Your reward signal flatlines. You're functionally numb to your own life by Wednesday. Scrolling makes it worse because it feeds the exact circuit producing the feeling. Your default mode network activates whenever you're not focused on a task. It runs rumination, mind-wandering, self-reference. The phone hands it low-resolution inputs to chew on while your attention network sits idle. Three hours later you feel worse than when you started. Novelty is the only thing that resets the system. Walking a neighborhood you've never seen generates hundreds of small prediction-error signals per minute. The hippocampus encodes a new spatial memory. The VTA fires. Your brain reads that as being alive. This is what the "side quest" framing is actually pointing at. The human attention system was calibrated for forager environments where every day contained dozens of novel spatial and social inputs. The modern equivalent is three screens and a one-mile radius around your apartment. Hedonic adaptation finishes the job. The brain returns to baseline on any repeated reward within weeks. Even pleasant routines stop registering. Same gym, same restaurant, same Friday plans collapse into background noise. The fix is mechanical. One unfamiliar neighborhood per week. One conversation with a stranger. One activity you've never tried. Enough input for the hippocampus to encode a new memory and the VTA to fire. That's what shifts the feeling.

This 560-calorie peanut butter cup is wild. The chain behind it is even wilder. The OverBite packs 560 calories into a single piece. A Big Mac is 590. Buc-ee's sells this beaver-shaped chocolate bomb for around $3 at the cash register of a Texas gas station, and the candy is the smallest thing about the operation. Each Buc-ee's location generates an estimated $50 to $100 million in annual revenue. That's 10 to 20 times the convenience store industry average. The chain has 54 stores total. Estimated annual revenue: $3 to $5 billion. Pilot Flying J runs roughly 750 locations to clear similar numbers. Buc-ee's does it with 7% of the footprint. The whole model is inverted. At a normal gas station, fuel is 60 to 67% of revenue. At Buc-ee's, fuel is one-third. The other two-thirds comes from brisket, fudge, OverBites, t-shirts, and an entire universe of beaver merchandise. Gas pulls families off the interstate. The 74,000 square foot store is the actual business. A typical 7-Eleven sits at 3,500. Every location runs 120 fuel pumps, 200 employees, and 83 toilets. 18-wheelers are banned. The customer is the family on a road trip, never the trucker. The bathrooms have won the Cintas national cleanliness award, which sounds trivial until you realize a clean bathroom turns a 3-minute fuel stop into a 30-minute browse. Inside sales scale linearly with dwell time. The pay structure is the real moat. A Buc-ee's general manager out-earns the average physician in New York City, with total comp around $225,000 plus bonus. The job is running one store. That salary attracts operators who treat the location like an owned asset. The OverBite is the marketing engine in chocolate form. A 4-ounce candy that ships to a friend in California becomes unpaid advertising for a brand with zero stores in California. Every wrapper that lands in another timezone is a billboard the company never paid for. The candy is the ad. The road trip is the campaign. Most of the country thinks Buc-ee's is a meme. It's a private company doing $4 billion in revenue with 54 stores, paying its store managers more than ER doctors, and turning Big Mac-sized candy bars into regional ambassadors.
