5. consistency in voice > consistency in posting schedule: people follow people, for their personality so if your tone shifts every week, you feel like a brand account. but if your voice is always recognizably "you", you become a person worth trusting.

This week was a reality check. Building the next "$1B" company is way harder than it looks. Most people won’t do what it takes and that’s okay. But if you’re in the game, you feel it.
