ETH ATH and beyond is imminent. It has the only credible claim to being money, collateral, and blockspace in the same asset. Fees are paid in ETH, demand for blockspace burns ETH, and supply is fixed at the protocol level aside from validator rewards. This means usage directly drives scarcity. ETH’s monetary premium comes from being the settlement asset for the most secure general purpose chain, and that security budget is self reinforcing because validators are paid in ETH. Layer 2s still settle to Ethereum, still pay in ETH, still burn ETH. Alternative DA layers leak value away from their native tokens, Ethereum captures it. Every major rollup, DeFi protocol, NFT marketplace, and RWA platform ultimately routes through Ethereum’s consensus. No other chain has this alignment between usage, security, and monetary policy. GM☕️ I think what people are missing about this recent $ETH strength is anyone who wanted to sell their $ETH has absolutely done so already. There just aren't any sellers left. ETH went through a monumental capitulation phase recently. Absolute peak fear, peak FUD and immeasurable gas lighting from the alt L1 VC's. I really think there's only high conviction holders left. When ETH is $8k and every bank and country are building an L2 it will seem so obvious.

This is the use case for Liquity V2 forks that I was hoping to see. I.E., minting stables against yield bearing stables where minted stable has robust enough PSM to maintain peg. Here you can mint at a ~3% borrow rate against >6% yielding stables.
