Attached documents show the company was owned by Li Xiong (62%), Hun To (30%), and Yan Satya (8%) under filings with the Ministry of Commerce in 2020. Hun To says he held the 30% on paper only. He confirms it appears in the statutes but says he never paid in the capital tied to the stake. He was never invited to a shareholder meeting, never appointed a proxy, never voted, and never given any information about company operations. The attached liquidation report from REACHS & Partners Co., Ltd., the liquidator recognized by the National Bank of Cambodia in December 2024, was finalized on October 1, 2025. After earlier creditor payouts, $1,189,235.51 in net cash remained. From that, He Yanming, identified as a creditor, received $145,500. Li Xiong received $1,043,735.51 across two payments. Hun To and Yan Satya received nothing. All three shareholders signed the closure documents.
