Don’t chase what pays the most in Web3. Chase what you’re genuinely passionate about. You’ll have to learn constantly, and there may be times when opportunities are scarce. If money is your only motivation, it’ll be hard to keep going. But if you’d do the work even for free, you’ll endure the difficult periods much more easily.
