I’m begging my fellow Blazer fans to be mentally prepared for the inevitable, I drove past the Moda center last Thursday afternoon, there was a man defecting on the sidewalk near the crown sculpture, no owner (billionaire or not) is going to stay under these conditions, when the Blazers leave, blame the politicians in Portland.

This woman is driving while holding her cell phone with both hands.
Little does she know that this California Highway Patrol Officer is right next to her and is keeping pace watching her keep her hands off the wheel.
They are traveling 85 mph in a 55 mph construction zone. 🤯
She does eventually put one hand back on the wheel.
He pulls her over and gives her a ticket. In California it is called a Distracted Driving ticket. The first offense is $20 and subsequent offenses are $50 but with fees and assessments they can run from $150 to $250 for repeat offenders.
I think this is a HUGE problem and a leading contributor to many accidents these days. I think we need more enforcement of this and they should make the fines bigger. 💯

I paid a plumbing company $4,400 to replace a sewer line under my garage, and now my garage floor looks like it lost a fight with a sidewalk 😭
They cut a huge section out of the concrete, repaired the pipe, and patched it back in with concrete that doesn’t even remotely match the original floor.
So I asked the foreman when they planned to stain or finish it so it would blend in better…
And this man literally laughed and said:
“It’s a garage floor, buddy, not the Taj Mahal. Be glad it’s not dirt.” 💀

I’m sorry, but if I’m paying thousands of dollars for a “professional” repair, I feel like the end result shouldn’t look like a random parking lot patch job.
Now I’m sitting here wondering if this just tanked the appearance — and possibly the resale value — of my garage.
Would you push back and demand they resurface the area properly, or am I overreacting?

Wrestling is a combat sport. Emotions and tension are going to run high at times.
In my NCAA bronze medal match, my opponent SHOVED MY HEAD into the mat after the match. I can promise you my immediate thought was, “heck no - hit the guy.” In that moment, you don’t want to let another man disrespect you and you never want to submit to an opponent.
A couple important things though:
1.) The referee was right there doing his job and keeping both athletes safe.
2.) Wrestling is a martial art. One of the things experience teaches you is how to recognize and control emotion quicker in intense moments. Never perfect but you get better over time. I was able to collect myself.
Hopefully this becomes a valuable learning experience for everyone involved.
✔️You should never shove an opponent’s head after a win.
✔️You should never allow emotions to escalate into a punch.
✔️Referees must stay right in the middle of the action to protect both athletes in case tensions rise.
I’m confident everyone can learn from it.

I know all sorts of creators here, big and small, are hurting and struggling right now.
This might be a big part of the reason why.
Foreign scam accounts are sucking up all of the views.
X is redirecting traffic to posts and accounts like this rather than REAL creators!
These are just 4 examples of MANY I and others have noticed.
This isn't making the product better, it is making the experience for users and creators worse.
This needs to be addressed!
