Get there first thing in the morning. Go in on the back side. Head to merch and get the essentials first and a chair. Check merch and go set your chair down so you can get a good spot (bonus points if it’s by concessions). Get breakfast and walk the entire course. Hangout in your spot for lunch. Get the ice cream sandwich! Then on your way out hit the merch again for friends and family

It was an absolute pleasure to meet the original First Lady, Martha Washington! All jokes aside, this night meant a lot to me. I had the chance to attend the school play of one of my staffer's kids, and it reminded me of the sacrifices our team makes every day. Campaigns demano long hours and time away from family, and I never take that for granted. I'm incredibly grateful for the people who have stepped up to be part of this effort and welcomed me into their lives. Their dedication is exactly why I'm committed to doing everything I can to win this election and build a better future for Oregon. And for the record, the play was fantastic. 🎭

hey @dpshow and @PaulPabst - Mike Newlin did not win the One-on-One title ... Geoff Petrie defeated Barry Clemens in the 1973 contest. Lanier won the 1972 contest against Jo Jo White. Newlin did "guard" Petrie that season in the two games he scored 51 points though. #RipCity

Could have left it to the voters. I sense a lot of us — I know I did — long had factored in appearances when doling out awards. One of many unofficial tiebreakers: two strong candidates, Player A played 78 games, Player B 64? Player A ☑️
James L. Edwards III@JLEdwardsIII

The 65-game rule didn’t increase attendance like it was designed. Instead, it’s taken away deserved honors from some of the best players in the league.

To the Polymarket agreement with MLB, the league's press release states right up front that they're seeking regulatory controls for integrity. Except... this is from the press release (emphasis, mine): "The comprehensive integrity commitments in the Polymarket agreement and the CFTC’s clear collaborative **intent** provides a critical step **towards a strong integrity framework** within the prediction market space." I would only say, if you want to avoid having this look like diving at every concevable revenue source without involving integrity concerns, it might have been best to wait until there was actual regulatory control rather than leaning on "intent" and being happy with a "step towards a strong integrity framework" from the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC)

Wilt averaged 30 points and 28 rebounds head-to-head against the guy many consider the NBA’s ultimate defender. sports-reference.com/stathead/tiny/…
WF Maher@gogogo78

@thomloverro Loved Wilt when I was a kid and he’s obviously in the GOAT discussion. His stats are still eye-popping. But Russell, at the same position, played well head-to-head against Wilt and won more rings at about the same time…hmmm

It's like these leagues are actively *trying* to initiate the great seismic player betting scandal that's just obviously on the precipice of happening in one of these leagues

BREAKING: THE MLB is signing a multiyear contract with Polymarket. The deal is estimated at three years and $300 million, according to @FOS. This move comes as prediction markets are being investigated as illegal gambling operations by multiple states.

The chubby guy on the left is LeBron's everything guy. He gets his coffee in the morning, tucks him in at night, and clips his toenails. The guy on the right of LeBron is his now former trainer. When buddy on the right was LeBron's current trainer, these two men were observed together by the DEA, buying PED candy from a known DEA target and dope dealer. Now why would the closest person to LeBron in life along with his trainer, be buying drugs from a seedy mf like the man they were buying from, who had direct ties to the owner of the Bosch Biogenesis Clinic? Their story is that the drugs were for chubby but we know who the drugs were really for. Remember, this is the guy that does EVERYTHING for LeBron and LeBron's trainer buying these drugs. The sexuals want 1+1 to equal 7 or some shit but it'll never not equal 2. Contrary to false narrative and media lies printed in articles, LeBron was NEVER investigated by the DEA. The lead agent of the aforementioned BioGenesis investigation was quoted as saying "we would never go after an athlete or a user - we're here for the distributors." LeBron was only NAMED in the investigation and the only reason he was named is that when the DEA vetted LeBron's trainer, it learned that he was at the time, running a smoothie business with LeBron's wife. That's the only reason the king of PEDs was ever named. There was no investigation although ESPN and other media began lying to cover LeBron's tracks, printing articles that he'd been investigated and cleared because no wrongdoing was found. ABSOLUTE LIES. But I'm betting that if the DEA had cause to investigate him, his manager & toenail clipper and his trainer being caught on tape buying drugs from a know dope dealer would've led to a smoking gun. Everybody knows and has known for YEARS AND YEARS that homeboy been on somethin. Chael Sonnen told us, then doubled down then did a 15 minute show called "A Dry Snitch" (look it up, it's still on youtube) to say that he wasn't tryna expose LeBron and then tripled-down on his claim. Sonnen did this while an employ of the aforementioned ESPN, who we know has been in bed with LeBron since before 2010's "The Decision". Yet nothing happened to Sonnen. Not a peep from Le46 or his people or any of the media that capes for him. Complete silence to this day. Matter of fact, ESPN gave Sonnen a promotion via a new show with Daniel Cormier, "Good Guy/Bad Guy." There's no doubt in my mind that this gift of a new show was to hush Sonnen's noise about LeBron, Tiger Woods, The Rock, and others. Jason Whitlock interviewed former BACLO CEO, Victor Conte and Conte shared that he was in direct contact with an ESPN journalist who had information and findings about LeBron's connection to PEDs that ESPN blocked him from publishing. 1+1=2 no matter how painful it may be to you as a LeBron Stan. Even the kids at iPromise know that. Ya boy cheated the game and because of that and because it's known, he won't ever realize his dreams of being next to or greater than 23. He just doesn't realize yet that he's disqualified himself via conduct unbecoming of the claim. Cheaters can't be GOAT.

Oregon’s education crisis can’t wait. Right now, our state ranks last in the nation in fourth-grade reading. That should be a wake-up call for all of us. When kids aren’t reading at grade level by fourth grade, it becomes much harder for them to succeed in every subject that follows. The consequences ripple through their education, their careers, and the future strength of our state. That’s why on day one as Governor, I would declare a state of emergency on education. The good news is there is a proven path forward. By refocusing on phonics and the science of reading, we can give our children the strong literacy foundation they need to succeed. Oregon’s kids are capable of incredible things. It’s time our education system gives them the tools to reach their potential. (Credit to @kgwnews )

She was arrested nineteen times. She cracked a kneecap, broke her tailbone, and fractured three ribs. And she never once regretted any of it. Morganna Roberts grew up in Kentucky, USA, abandoned by her mother as a baby, raised by her grandmother, sent to a boarding school, and ran away at thirteen with nowhere to go. She survived on the streets of Baltimore before finding work in nightclubs. By her late teens she was performing across the country. Then in August 1969, at a baseball game in Cincinnati, a friend dared her for five dollars to run onto the field and kiss a player. She kissed Pete Rose, one of baseball's biggest stars, on the cheek. He called her a name she couldn't repeat. The next night he found her at her show and apologised with flowers. A sportswriter in Cincinnati the following morning wrote the headline: "Bandit steals kiss from Pete Rose." That was the day Morganna the Kissing Bandit was born. She spent the next thirty years doing it again and again. Baseball fields. Basketball courts. Hockey rinks. She kissed Nolan Ryan, a pitcher so dominant he held the world record for strikeouts. She kissed Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, the all-time leading scorer in NBA basketball history. She kissed George Brett, a baseball legend, twice. He showed up at her show three weeks later and kissed her back. When she was once charged in court, her lawyer argued she hadn't intended to run onto the field at all. He told the judge that with her particular figure, she had simply leaned over the rail to watch the game, and gravity had done the rest. The judge laughed and dismissed the case. Her fame earned her millions. Her own baseball card. A display at the sport's Hall of Fame. A share in a minor league team. Her own brand of peanuts. She retired in 2000 and has lived quietly in Ohio ever since.

Anybody ever wonder why in the 2012 and 2013 NBA Finals, LeBron James was the only mfs in the building cramping to the point of being cripled and having to be carried off? The million dollar body guy.. Anybody ever wonder why he's the only mf in league history constantly wiping his hands and adjusting his jersey because of profuse sweat? Just asking because I never got an answer on those questions, man.
