The Wizards landing two top-2 picks amid their rebuild is very fortunate. Matches the Spurs and Rockets among recent rebuilding teams, but Houston never picked higher than two. ORL, CLE, OKC, DET each got only one top-4 pick. The Wizards got very lucky for a change.
