Catastrophic thoughts are dominant mostly. So having something to stand on, believe in, value most can often be what gets us through.. thinking about this, especially when not in panic mode, will help the mind remember this when it needs it . So cultivate faith in something 🙏

One day at a time. One task at a time One step at a time. Our human bodies function this way too. One breath & one heart beat at a time. remember this when juggling many activities. How often have you been overwhelmed with all the jobs that need doing ? Just do one thing 🙏

I needed to get this off my chest. How chronic illnesses can make me feel. Daily I can face this but what gets me through is #Love #hope and #perserverance.. my family have been my rock & my compass..THANKS @11soniah . In my 57th year, I'm determined to change this picture🙏💓
