LET THERE BE LOVE
It’s Valentine’s Day! What Minds song suits best on a day like this?
I would pick Let There Be Love…particularly as sung by our Aussie pal, Iva Davies. It's the cellos on the ICEHOUSE that do it for me.
Check it out!

My son aced NAPLAN but came home disappointed with his iCAS writing result (he didn't even do that bad). He said it was based around the saying "two peas in a pod" and he didn't know what it meant.
I grew up in an ESL household and was encountering new idioms well into my 20s.
@adamliaw Four kids in the Catholic system and I have not encountered ICAS before. I Google searched and it sounds like an international version of NAPLAN. Is that right and do many public and private schools participate? Thanks
My kids speak, read and write English natively but because we speak Japanese at home there are plenty of idioms that never get used.
Odd they still use idioms as a basis for standardised testing.
