I do if they do it without saying they're going to.
Mostly because 99% of the time they don't even know how to mitigate efficiently and think healers have an infinite stock of instant full heals. So they learn the hard way, no fucks given from me.

Do healers who never use Sprint in a dungeon just see a tank speed off and think "Wow, look at that tank go! Must be some kind of tank-specific speed buff or something."
