@noun40__ @noun12LFG I completely share your perspective. If the DAO chooses to distribute its treasury Nouns, it should do so retroactively after a proposal has been successfully executed. Additionally, implementing an on-chain smart contract for randomly selecting the Noun ID to be rewarded.

prop 371 (muppets!) is great @noun12LFG brings up a great point here about how we should think about nouns distribution. my take is that thinking of it as a bonus (conditional on separate prop voting outcome after the initial prop is delivered) is the better.
