Life is beautiful. Do not miss it. Do not take it for granted. Do not tell yourself something is missing, as you will always find something to look for. The thing you are looking for is you.

@biohacker it's an underrated morning practice. shifts energy for the entire day
English

@12eflections Personal favourite was I: Reality and Subjectivity, you should check out his lectures on his website. They’re incredible and hilarious!
English

@12eflections Yes I have read a few of them, a serious helper in my journey!

cultivate a clear future vision for your life. make sure it is emotionally engaging for you. think big, don't let fear stifle it's grandiosity
meditate on that vision daily, cultivate a deep intrinsic connection with that future and the emotional state it brings. feel that future in the present.
as you do this, your subconscious mind will begin to reprogram to align your emotional desires to acting on that vision. you will begin to feel 'pulled' rather than feeling the need to 'force' action.
remove vices, implement structure into your life that provides a sense of forward momentum, nourish your body and mind.
walk regularly
make your sleep consistent
spend time with people who you can feel both relaxed and engaged with
observe limiting fear-based beliefs you have an let them go
consume useful ideas
laugh more. like, way more

can everyone give me a hack for getting energy quick that isn’t caffeine, isn’t a nap, isn’t working out, isn’t a snack, and isn’t drugs

to caveat, this bears zero weight on your ambition.
you can be highly ambitious, but the idea that you are risking 'failure' is an internal subconscious response. it stems from putting the weight of your external feedback above your own internal will.
if you're truly pursuing the work you're doing for yourself, you actually cannot fail.
the pursuit itself is success, and the only failure is deviating from your intrinsic path for the sake of the crowd
English

@lichthauch 'failure' is a self-construct of your mind.
the idea that you can actually 'fail' is false and antithetical to natural law.
regardless of the rationalisation you put behind it, the only driver of not accepting that truth is fear
English

The people who win aren't smarter they're just damaged in a way that makes quitting physically impossible, like their failure response is broken so they keep walking into the wall until the wall breaks first, and we call this "resilience" or "grit" but really it's just a specific form of blindness, a holy ignorance that lets you keep walking when walking makes no sense
English

@javocadosss @BonesawMD this is not true, and is a reflection of your internal state. people reflect back to you the energy you are projecting.
likely operating from ego and scarcity, a need to 'prove'
English

@BonesawMD This happened to me, but it’s incredibly lonely. The world isn’t kind. It’s envious and prideful of what you achieve. But I wouldn’t trade what I’ve achieved for social acceptance

It’s so much easier than you think:
Advance yourself to a point where ordinary people struggle to believe what you’ve accomplished.
Let your real stories be so serendipitous, so absurd, that they shatter fragments of mediocre reality just to comprehend them.
Watch them.
Most people don’t do much of anything.
They don’t study. They don’t train. They barely work. They have no hobbies. They don’t venture.
Even in leisure, they do nothing.
Few stories to tell.
Entire lives, sclerotic.
They wait for things to happen to them; they do not go out and happen to things.
Do this for a few years, and the gap will become so vast that most people won’t even believe you’re real. It is that serious.
Your whole pattern of thought will change.
Your experiences attract likeminded people toward you
those who find joy and exuberance in the full spectrum of life,
who have stories to tell,
who create vivid memories with you.
Finally, you find people who live with spirit. Who are not so boring, predictable, and the same — who have a lust for life.
People just like you.

The universe works in profound ways.
As you walk the path of ambition, you actual gain everything you 'truly' wanted before the material success manifests.
You have already been awarded the love, joy, peace and internal states of abundance that you believed the external success would afford you.
When you set out on this path, most begin with the belief that once the material success is achieved, then you're awarded by the states of ongoing joy, peace, abundance.
That is false. It's an inversion of how reality works.
As you walk the path, you actually achieve the internal states of being before the material success manifests. By that time, the material success won't even do that much for you. It's a bonus. An inevitable consequence of the journey you're now on.
To attain that which you desire, you cannot have attachment. You cannot have your goals on a pedestal.
You viewing your goals on a pedestal contradicts the belief that you are deserving of your goals NOW. Hence you can never reach them.
Your beliefs will dictate how you act subconsciously. If you subconsciously believe you are not yet deserving of your desired outcomes, they will continue to stay at arms reach.
So, how do you avoid this inevitable contradiction?
Your pursuit must shift toward your internal growth as the priority. You must detach from your external desires.
Your efforts should be focused on elevating your internal state of being, whilst expanding your consciousness. Read David R. Hawkins if this interests you.
You can keep the material goals, but they must be placed secondary.
Your true assignment comes from within.
