A lot of people outside (and inside) the industry don't know how big of a deal the Clarity Act is - it is beyond underpriced. here are just four reasons why:
1. It legitimizes crypto as a permanent part of the U.S. financial infrastructure. Crypto is no longer a fringe technology or policy issue
2. Unlocks institutional participation with clear rules of the road, less legal risk for exchanges, custodians, fintechs, banks, asset managers. This has already started but will explode.
3. Continued from #2, the number of crypto related IPOs and M&A will shock everyone to the upside
4. More assets become institutionally investable as managers will be able to underwrite regulatory risk better.
We have been fixated (understandably so) on one piece of language within the broader act that the upside of this passing will catch everyone off guard.

🚨 UPDATE: The CLARITY Act moves closer to law after final stablecoin rules ban passive yield but allow activity-based rewards, lifting passage odds to 55% as lawmakers push for a May timeline despite rising bank opposition

$LINK $GLNK. More people are starting to wake up to this ridiculous asymmetric setup on chainlink options.
Dec 18th 2026 expiration 16 calls . I have about 100 as you can see in screenshot but I might buy another 50-100 today. Too good of a risk/reward
Liquidity is still thin right now, which is exactly why moves feel explosive even on small inflows. You’re already seeing it… a bit of buying pressure and these contracts are up ~30% just like that.
Here’s the big kicker, If you actually believe Chainlink has a real move in it (even 30-50% over the next few months), you don’t just get paid on on the price, you get paid on IV expansion too. As more people buy in on the hype as Chainlink pumps, demand for these contracts rises exponentially , premiums get bid up, and you’re literally making money even if the underlying hasn’t fully caught up yet.
Right now:
Still early
Still low attention
Still thin liquidity
Later:
Higher volume
Higher IV
Way more expensive to enter
That’s the window. Positioning now to reap benefits later in this ridiculous risk reward lol
Worst case, you lose what you put in (that’s options). So risk management is key here but:
Best case, if Chainlink really runs (2–3x+), this kind of positioning gets stupid very quickly.
Not saying it will for sure, nothing is a guarantee in the markets. Just saying this is what asymmetric setups look like before the crowd shows up.
Not financial advice. Just how I’m looking at it.
Best case scenario- 1M gains from 7.5k risk
Worst case- I loose 7.5k
I’ll take this bet any day
Same thing I did with $PLTR AND $HOOD
NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE
