@TheBardOfAnlaby Just getting out regularly is the main thing, I did trained for, and did the Great North Run last Sept, did a park run the following week, then went on Holiday, not run since Hate doing it in the dark though, so the light nights are gonna get me back out

Ever since the tighter GDPR rules came into effect in the UK a few years ago, I reject cookies, reject sharing my information, untick marketing communications etc because I don't care how awkward or long it takes me to do, you're not getting more of my data than is required.
