Your public image is not built by your achievements, it is built by your emotional pattern. People remember whether you stay stable when provoked, whether you speak cleanly under stress, whether you avoid messy endings. Competence earns entry. Composure earns trust. Trust earns the long game, which is where real power lives.

In Japan, laziness isn’t judged. It’s understood and worked through. Here are 7 simple methods that actually help: 1. Kaizen — start so small your mind can’t resist. One minute. One step. Just begin. 2. Ikigai — know your reason. When your “why” is clear, effort feels lighter. 3. Hara Hachi Bu — don’t overload yourself. Stop before you’re full. Energy matters. 4. Seiri & Seiton — clear your space. Mess outside = noise inside. 5. Kintsugi — embrace imperfect progress. Finish first. Fix later. 6. Pomodoro — work in rhythm. 25 min focus. 5 min reset. 7. Wabi-Sabi — stop waiting for perfect. Start with what you have. Most “laziness” isn’t laziness. It’s confusion, overload, or fear. Start small. Stay consistent. That’s how everything changes.

The quieter someone becomes, the harder they are to read, and the more space they control. Stillness unsettles people because it denies them the cues they rely on to feel safe. Silence, when used deliberately, dictates the rhythm of others.

Humans demand fairness only when they’re losing. When advantage is on their side, they call it merit. When it shifts away, they call it injustice. Human nature bends morality around incentive; the wise study incentives first and ethics second.

"Allah paired obedience to Him with kindness to parents in the same breath (Al-Isra 17:23). How you treat your parents reflects something deeper in your relationship with Allah, gratitude, humility, and recognition of what you owe and to whom. Ibn Kathir said the word 'uff,' the smallest expression of displeasure, was prohibited by Allah. Not cruelty, not neglect. Even the mildest audible frustration directed at a parent. Call them. Visit them. While you still can."

An educated man is not, necessarily, one who has an abundance of general or specialized knowledge. An educated man is one who has so developed the faculties of his mind that he may acquire anything he wants, or its equivalent, without violating the rights of others.

Let us reject the logic of violence and war, and embrace peace founded on love and justice—an unarmed peace, not based on fear, threats or weapons. This peace is disarming, because it is capable of resolving conflicts, opening hearts, and generating trust, empathy, and hope. I strongly reiterate: The world thirsts for #Peace! Enough of war and all the pain it causes through death, destruction, and exile! #ApostolicJourney #Cameroon

The world is full of fools—people who cannot wait to get results, who change with the wind, who can’t see past their noses. You encounter them everywhere: the indecisive boss, the rash colleague, the hysterical subordinate. When working alongside fools, do not fight them. Instead think of them the way you think of children, or pets, not important enough to affect your mental balance.

I’m receiving a number of press inquiries to defend myself against the “antisemite” smear. I’m not doing any of those. Anyone who defends a state or its ideology that has enabled its soldiers to gleefully snipe dead thousands of Palestinian children or gang rape Palestinian prisoners to death ALL ON CAMERA should be on trial, not me or anyone who dares speak out. Those who defend this genocide and occupation are worse than the apologists of any monstrous regime or actor in history because these crimes have been filmed for the world to see, and are well documented by every human rights organization in the world. Call me what you want. My family and people’s blood is on your hands, and your tongues will one day testify against you.

An international refugee organization has called on Pakistan to immediately stop deporting Afghan refugees and to explore legal pathways that would allow them to remain in the country. The organization stated that the ongoing forced returns to Afghanistan violate the principle of non-refoulement under international law. This comes as Pakistan has already deported more than 146,000 Afghans in 2026. #TOLOnews_English

Access to Pak medical visas for Afghan patients is a purely humanitarian issue that requires urgent attention and compassion. Many lives depend on this decision. We have been contacted by dozens of Afghan citizens suffering from cancer and other serious illnesses who were previously receiving treatment in private hospitals in Pakistan. Due to the complete suspension of visas for Afghans, these patients are now facing severe, life-threatening challenges as their treatment has been disrupted. All patients strongly appeal to the Government of Pakistan to rise above political considerations and urgently resume the issuance of at least medical visas on humanitarian grounds. @CMShehbaz @OfficialDGISPR @PakinAfg
