Gavin works out a secret, sweetheart deal where California taxpayers funnel huge sums of money to foreign-owned suppliers, with the money sifting through NGO’s, all opaque, hidden, layered, and Gavin and his cronies skim BILLIONS!!!! This is EXACTLY the grift that is going on with taxpayer money that is supposed to be going to the homeless. NGO’s get all the money money, skim it off, kick back to the politicians and all the huge executive salaries, the politicians install their friends and cronies into these NGO executive positions, and the grifting circle is complete, forever. Why would Gavin EVER do anything to keep refineries open in California, when he and his cronies can get filthy rich? This mother fucker needs PRISON!!!!!!!!!!! It is SO obvious. We need more Nick Shirley types to video this and get it to the public. The CA Atty General Bonta will cover it up for sure. Public perception is the only solution. Truth. Sunshine. Exposure. The more people see this, the more the truth comes out, the more the public perception improves as to what the problem really is: corruption at every level of elected government.
