NEW: According to my sources the District Attorney will move to block Chud’s fundraiser from being used for bond.
Even if Chud can use the money and finds a bondsman to put up 10% of the $1.25 Million it’s my understanding he still needs collateral for the rest.
The hearing is set for May 21st.

UPDATE: A DC Superior Court judge ordered serial stalker & Metro hair fondler Bryan Betancur to continue to be held without bond during a status hearing today. Prosecutors say they have executed a search warrant on his X account… His next status hearing is set for June 4th.

UPDATE: After being held without bond pending trial in his new DC stalking case this morning, Bryan Betancur will also remain in custody pending his next status hearing in his DC Metro assault case on May 15. Betancur also has a hearing in his VA Metro assault case on May 8.
