I just went to a self-serve frozen yogurt shop. I picked the cup, pulled the lever, and added my own toppings. At checkout, the iPad was flipped toward me with options for 20%, 25%, and 30% tips. The employee who was literally leaning against the wall on her phone sighed and rolled her eyes when I hit "No Tip." When did we start tipping people for the privilege of doing their job for them?
