@LaxFilmRoom @ChrisDrouin @warriorlax hey just so you know when shoulder pad tech got better in hockey was when MORE concussions happened because players were wearing more protective gear that allowed them to launch bodies at each other. so u might be off base with this one too

@ChrisDrouin @warriorlax But if you want to keep shoulder to shoulder hits a part of the game, bigger shoulder pads are going to keep heads further apart when that contact happens

Never understood why this wasn't the attitude among pro players & the equipment companies that are paying those pros & pro leagues to have players wear their gear

They absolutely should be wearing shoulder pads… they want to be role models for the younger generation of players why not wear the same equipment?

This is the ideal field equipment setup. You may not like it, but every 2 way midfielder would benefit and years from now we will think it was stupid to not play like this

@nickossello Is it though? I feel like the history of sports is littered with examples of things 99% of coaches & players used to believe that we now realize to be really dumb. No idea how anyone would even begin to conduct a study to provide evidence one way or the other though

If an extra 2 ounce piece of foam can slow you down, then you are the type of player who should be wearing every single pad you can find

cant believe the highly touted sunshine state conference has no teams in the @DIILacrosse @D2Lacrosse championship. straight politics out here that the best conference in the country has no representation. /s

@1Booch @TomTatarian32 @DIILacrosse Not sure what conference lindenwood, rockhurst and UIndy are but that’s a better conference then what Adelphi and lemoyne are in. Both of those teams are great not taking away from it, but as a overall conference it is not that strong.

@DIILacrosse should of been LYNN university over MOUNT OLIVE. Played Tampa twice, loss by 1 and 2. In quarter finals you have a team that cannot even compete. Florida has the best conference in division 2 lacrosse. It’s a shame that there was only 5 spots this year.

Super rattled shitty teams got in over us let alone other teams that deserved to be in there. Not enough games to show, but the conference down here is the best in the country

@1Booch @TomTatarian32 @DIILacrosse You have 8 teams in Florida with two teams being trash, pba and embryology riddle... Tampa, Lynn, Rollins, tech, Leo, southern can all compete in any conference. Look at northern conferences they have 1 or 2 teams that are solid that’s about it.
