Honestly, I thought it was parenthood, triggers, exhaustion, undiagnosed adhd and while it is some of those things, it is perimenopause. I've had a good experience with my GP so hrt patches & counselling are helping. Grateful for supportive friends, family & partner.

ACE rejection today. Feedback was positive, with v few recommendations for changes - mainly just 'we liked it but funds are limited' The project meets Let's Create aims & has 60% match funding & 52 confirmed partners. I've never known it this hard. About ready to give up, tbh.

Crazy idea but maybe just enjoy the fact the England team made it to the finals, be proud of them and celebrate them no matter the outcome. Ease up on the pressure & criticism and maybe just enjoy world cup soccer?

Arts funding is broken. Just received a rejection email from a funder. Their applications have increased BY 3000% 🫠 ACE success rates are dire right now, & more general funders are rejecting arts due to huge increases in applications from vital services like food/housing.

I'm thankful our overall success rate is OK, but that's only because I'm relentless with it & work far more hours than I should. It's unsustainable long-term. Lack of funding = loss of brilliant freelancers & SME orgs who can't make it work What do we do next as a sector?

@BritishGasHelp @Jonnyfallsover It's a small amount but how many houses with solar panels are @BritishGas taking this long to update their accounts. 🤔 3 months of some local electricity back to the grid, no doubt it adds up so why wouldn't you take your time and make it as hard as possible 🤔 @MartinSLewis

Sad that Adam ⏬️ a military veteran of 27 years was "turned away at the door" when he produced his Veterans ID card in order to Vote. Voter ID is a Conservative scam. Since 2019 (Inc GE) more Tory MPs kicked out of parliament due to "misdemeanours" than Voter ID fraud cases😡

I’m not one for complaining but I am gutted! I spent 27 years in the Army and today I was going to vote in my local elections. I was sadly turned away at the door as my Veteran ID was not allowed as formal ID. I will be fighting for this “special ID” to be “more” formal🇬🇧
