@MerlinapUK I cancelled my husband’s Merlin pass in August and payments are still being taken! We’ve emailed numerous times and been assured it was sorted, but still having payments taken for last two months and no reply to last lot of emails ….

@currys Your Customer Services is diabolical! Your reps lie and deceive! No one should purchase from you! Cancelled delivery then promised delivery that doesn't show! Wouldn't refund just empty promises of non existent deliveries. Disgraceful way to run a business

@GravityBluWater Visited today and were made to buy more socks even though all girls had safety trampoline socks! Really? Pure profit making and not a help to the environment at all! They then lost 15 mins of their sessions as we weren’t told or asked before they got to the gate

@DWSportsOnline So angry I ordered on the 9th, I’ve emailed, phoned, left messages, contacted store, Fb messaged and nothing! Have now ordered direct with Nike and had order delivered in 48 hours- that’s how you do it!! Not ignore customers! Now to wait for my money back
