We had a customer cancel their Boostcous subscription bc they were laid off. So I wanted to make it right by them. Next time they're ready for a box I'll make it affordable for them - whatever they're willing to pay. The best part, this was surfaced to me by an AI agent I built on top of Recharge (thank you @OisinO ). There are 1000's of customer interactions in any given business. Comments on social posts, support tickets, reviews, ect. Don't overlook your customer subscription cancellations! We've had customers write us full on essays in their cancellation reasons, such valuable feedback!
