Hay @SKODAUK. Tomorrow marks 3 weeks since my new Enyaq was delivered to me. It arrived with an airbag fault. It’s been with the local dealer since. No one knows what the issue is or how to fix it. No updates, plan to resolve and very poor communications. /1

Nice easy flight back to Manchester. Landed an hour and half ago though and still no sign of a single case from our flight. @manairport how can it take so long to get cases a few hundred yards to a belt in T2??? Seems our flight isn’t alone too.

@ScotCarlson @manairport Couldn’t have said it better. Lack of ownership and definitely lack of communication is the biggest frustration. Even the handlers behind the curtain at the carousel were just waiting for the bags and had no clue. How about train multi skilled staff rather than silos!

What a day. Dad rushed into hospital this morning following a stroke. @OFFICIALWMAS were brilliant - out to him in mins. Thankfully it seems to have been transitory & he is much better now. Hospital was chaos. He spent from 8am to 4:30pm in the ambulance been looked after.

So @TUIUK we booked a dream 2-week holiday only for one of our cases not to make it. What makes it worse is we’ve had not a word from TUI on what is being done to find the case. A relatively small flight from Manchester to Porto Santo yet 6 cases disappear without any updates.

@1benbaker Hi Ben, So long as you reported your bag missing on a Property Irregularity Report before leaving the airport, we’re working hard with the airport authorities to find your lost bags and, as we have been able to do so, will deliver them to your home address ^Charlotte

@MrJoeHaslam @TUIUK Yep we’ve spent a few hundred on things to wear and toiletries & underwear etc. The @TUIUK rep has said we’ll get a max £75 good will payment which frankly just takes the piss.

@1benbaker @TUIUK What a nightmare! I bet it cost you a fortune to get her new things to wear. Hopefully you get some compensation and they’re better than EasyJet at paying it out. I’ve been waiting since April for my £1400 compensation from EasyJet.

@MrJoeHaslam @TUIUK Ha no only a couple of mine and the kids things. It was ALL of Bec’s things. Literally everything. All her best outfits, underwear, makeup, toiletries, footwear, beachwear etc. everything. She’s been in tears all week.

@alistairclare @TUIUK It has I’m afraid. The case had ALL my wife’s stuff in it. She has nothing. We’ve gone out and bought a few things for her to wear and underwear and cosmetics etc but she’s absolutely gutted 😞
