@IndiGo6E Flight 6E6753 (BLR–GOI): my checked baggage was not loaded and I was never informed. I landed 4:40 PM and delay is now till 8 PM. Staff falsely claim "customer signature taken" - no such consent was given. This is serious mishandling. Need immediate action @DGCAIndia .
