@parcelforce Why do you lie and say you attempted to deliver a parcel but nobody was in? Someone was in all day waiting and no card was left so clearly you never attempted delivery. You are the worst delivery service and I can't believe you're still in business.

@parcelforce @RoyalMail absolute joke 6 hour delivery window one parcel left at the door,one parcel can’t be delivered at 1:37 whilst I’m sitting here waiting and the last one expected by 3:05 you waste my day & I don’t have my deliveries that should have been here on Saturday

@parcelforce any chance you can explain what “attempted delivery” means, when my wife was in all day. Think your delivery person just couldn’t be bothered to do their job, all because there’s not someone standing in the gatehouse, meant they would have to actually deliver it
