@FlyYYC is there a human person that can contact us? We are in Costa Rica without our luggage, we have a smart tracker and can see where it is but cannot phone any 1800 numbers from where we are to YYC or WJ, they don't work

It better show up this weekend as promised. Certain items not replaceable, a week trip and no endless funds to replace things. This is getting annoying. They were carryons! Asked by your staff to skycheck! It’s getting hard to trust you.

@WestJet your Calgary staff did it again. Fucking lost a skycheck bag that your flights attendants GUARANTEED would be there when we all got off, in COSTA RICA. Get better yyc handlers. how do you miss bags to load that were literally sitting at the door to the plane.

@Meta why is your only way to contact you through a form that doesn't help, nor allow people to submit. If a person cannot log in, they cannot verify. Please help! A company with IM capability for its users, but it's not an option for people that need help?

@CocaCola please bring back Vanillia coke to Canada. It's a staple in the 🇺🇸 why not here? Also we miss your Coke Stevia! Way better than your Zero line and better for you, Starlight is aweful, we miss Vanillia and Cherry. We love you as much as 🇺🇸, please bring them back!

@WestJet 84 hours and counting. If your system says "RUSH" the missing bag, and more than 15 flights have come to my airport, not to mention the "claim status" says "located bag" where is it. Your responses to people advising to direct message is misleading as no one answers

Arrived 3 hours early for a @WestJet flight departing #YUL. Flight delayed by 6 hours. Have 6 bags, but @WestJet won’t check them for another 3 hours. They won’t even provide food vouchers to quench my thirst while hauling around these bags they won’t check. Sheesh!
