@JoyceWhiteVance Do you have a theory or explanation for why so many in America seem unfazed and even comfortable with overt lying and cheating & dispensing with ethical norms, decency, and fair play? I'm stunned with how quickly the corrosion and degradation of morality has happened in America.

The founding fathers created 3 co-equal branches of gov't so that problems in one branch could be checked by the other 2. We're now learning how fragile our institutions are, how 2 compromised branches & issues in the 3rd make insurrection possible & no accountability.

A new bill proposed in the California state Senate would allow minors aged 12 to 17 to receive a COVID-19 vaccine without needing parental consent. If passed, it would make Californian minors the youngest kids in the nation to receive that privilege.
