Our Beavers have been learning about the Winter Olympics tonight - we have had a go at Curling, the Slalem, and @LEGO_Group Ice Skating. We even made the Olympic Rings! Great evening, @scouts - would definitely recommend! @TeamGB @BritishCurling @GBSnowsport 🥇⛷⛸

Our #Beavers have been playing with @LEGO_Group this evening, and making spaceships ahead of us doing our @scouts #Space badge in a few weeks! (Including @astro_timpeake!) We looked for the @Space_Station as it passed over, but it was too cloudy! 🪐🚀🛰☁️

Quite a @scouts weekend - Beaver night hike on Friday evening; helping at @ScoutsWiltshire WSJ selection weekend on Saturday; then up bright and early for #RemembranceDay parade with 33 Beavers (and lots of Cubs and Scouts) from @1stHighworth . #ProudLeader

TOMORROW we launch the brand new #YouShape Award across @scouts @UKScouting Co-designed with young people, it enables them to speak up, take the lead and make a difference. The launch will be supported by around 600 Youth Commissioners across the UK 🇬🇧 Scouts.org.uk/YouShape

Our Beavers may not have gone abroad this year, but that hasn't stopped them exploring lots of different parts of the UK! 🇬🇧 Two of our Beavers had been to @TowerOfLondon; one learned how to jet ski; and one went camping in sunny Wales! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 @scouts @SdnNorthScouts @ScoutsWiltshire

With face-to-face Scouting currently paused, #Highworth Scouts will not be at the town memorial this morning. Some of our members have poppies stuck in their windows, and we all will be joining the rest of the town in standing on our doorsteps and saying that #WeWillRememberThem
