@1stSimona @O2 I have exactly the same issue. Infact it says I don’t have a mobile device registered 🤔when I actually do and pay O2 every month for it 🤷‍♀️

Deleted @O2 app … I can’t put up with the stupidity they become since they merged with Virgin. 🤢 Every time I go on the app I have to enter my details…. again. And again…. what in the world, you’re an app. Stop it. 🫪 Thinking seriously to change my provider.

@1stSimona @O2 Go onto it d mobile ..cheaper for exactly same contract plus customer service miles better ...been with virgin all my life but since they merged with o2 not the same ...absolute terrible me my mam.n wife left now save £24 pm between us same contracts ...mobile speed much faster
