Deleted @O2 app … I can’t put up with the stupidity they become since they merged with Virgin. 🤢 Every time I go on the app I have to enter my details…. again. And again…. what in the world, you’re an app. Stop it. 🫪 Thinking seriously to change my provider.

@1stSimona Hi Simona, sorry about the issues that you've had with the app. Was it the latest version? Have you tried to download it again since removing it?

@O2 I have like 20 apps on my phone. None of them asked me to sign in…. ever. It’s deleted and will stay like this 🤢

@O2 Absolutely shocking app now @02 have to have an email every time to say its me wanting to look at my account. Latest android app and its fully upto date.. seems to be when o2 and Virgin wanted accounts linked!

@O2 @1stSimona I warned you O2 what was happening, fix it or @Ofcom will definitely be investigating. People cannot access their accounts. Zero access just a loop of virgin O2 flavoured shit
