Ok fellow card collectors. I need your honest feedback. I bought this card for $200 and it just arrived yesterday. The card has a major scratch on the front center of the card. I decided to do a return because I couldnt see this from the pics and it wasnt noted in the description. The seller has denied my return request. Am I in the wrong for wanting a return? This picture is from the seller. I specifically asked the seller about the object on the front of the card to ask if it was a scratch and he said it was just a hair and sent me more pics. It was just a hair but there is another large scratch I couldnt see. More pics in the comments.

There’s always two sides to the story, like the video that’s circulating with the buyer and vendor. I understand 100% of the time if you have a card that is “rare” or doesn’t come up often that you are over comps. I do it too (just the other day with a Griffey) but if it’s not rare and is easily accessible then it’s hard to justify the price even on higher end players (most of the time) At the end of the day, you can sometimes never agree on prices, but you can still ALWAYS be polite with each other. In this video, the niceness imo was a one way street.

@slabfactory_ty At the end of the day, a vendor is literally just a human with a collection. They all have different levels of experience and emotional attachment to their cards. If a guy is combative or overpriced, just walk away and let the market handle it.
