The past couple of months editors at @TriathleteMag, Susan & Chris, have done a great job pulling together a doping dossier for triathlon. All 6 pieces now live, with some top work from @SSbike & I've chipped in with a couple. Thread of features here. Feedback welcome as always..

@darcy27270 @BenFordhamLive @BenFordham Educational books for adults not kids. It’s repulsive thinking they aimed that book at children.
English

@BenFordhamLive Do they @BenFordham? Do they really?
Or just your whipped up frantic RWNJ listeners that you orchestrate into confected fury.
First removing educational books, now controlling their announcements. Is that really your role?

@thematt_ross Been thinking this would be extremely useful for a really long time! I think some apps have started but failed to gain traction

@AndyKindler She is right. She is a woman and likes women. She is not trying to be something that is physically impossible to be.
English

@steaminelle Bet not one man that identifies as a woman does so at a concert with the line up for the women’s toilet.

@gamecockjoe @RPLongSW He knows it all mate. But covered all bases in his tweet so doesn’t really have an opinion.

Run/walking seems to work for a lot of people. I have never been a fan or proponent of run/walking, because it is my belief that it teaches the runner to stop or slow down when things start to feel difficult. For beginners, that's often just when their aerobic system kicks in. 1/

Run:Walk is the broccoli of training Some people don’t like the idea of walking. Not glamorous. Maybe need to swallow your pride. If you’re focused strictly on results Consider eating your broccoli 🥦 Walking will support your running It’s likely what you need most
English

@RPLongSW @gamecockjoe 2:40 is flying in an Ironman. But point I’d run/walk doesn’t impact Frodo. I can’t. Slow run always beats a walk.
English

@23scull @gamecockjoe Can't win a real marathon that way, though. They're too fast. Walking only works in events where speed isn't a factor.
